Operations Intern

We are seeking a motivated and talented intern to join our Operations team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in solar energy industry.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Source, compare & process purchases and familiar with Incoterms.
- Handle shipping documents including LC, Form-E and all import declarations.
- Order processing, both purchase & sales including returns.
- Liaise with transporter and forwarder.
- Inventory analysis/forecasting to ensure stock availability and understand warehouse processes.
- Invoice verification, payment submission and other administrative tasks.
- Oversee and lead the Operations/Business Support team.
- Manage data & preparing reports.

**Requirements**:

- Full-time internship commitment minimum 5 months.
- Disciplined, meticulous, well organized & resourceful.
- Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Powerpoint.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
