Managing, designing, developing, creating and maintaining project
- To prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.
- Liaise with supplier & subcontractor to get the best price
- To track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly.
- To forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project.
- Conducting on site investigations and analyzing date
- Assessing potential risks, materials & cost
- Source construction materials
- Keeping track of materials
- Measure and value the project work done

**Job Requirements**:

- Senior Executive: 5 years and above of experience OR has held an Assistant Manager Position
- Possess a Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering.
- Specialized in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering in construction industry.
- Able to work under tight schedules to meet datelines.
- Ability to work independently & attention to details.
- An excellent verbal and written communication & interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
