We are hiring **Direct Sales Consultants** to represent our market-leading [product/service] directly to customers. If you're confident, persuasive, and motivated by performance-based pay, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and approach prospective customers via direct outreach (door-to-door, events, referrals, etc.)
- Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations
- Explain benefits, answer objections, and close sales on the spot
- Maintain accurate records of activity and results using inhouse tools
- Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years of direct or face-to-face sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Strong time management and goal-setting ability
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
