Position: Retail Beauty Specialist
- Full Time

**Location**:
Putrajaya: IOI Putrajaya

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide personalized skincare and beauty consultations to customers
- Demonstrate and recommend Fresh products based on individual needs
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall store cleanliness
- Manage stock levels and assist in inventory control
- Build and retain customer relationships through excellent service and product knowledge
- Attend product training and stay updated on the latest beauty trends

**Requirements**:

- Passionate about skincare, beauty, and customer service
- Minimum SPM or equivalent; experience in retail or beauty sales is an added advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, positive, and team-oriented
- Able to work on retail shifts (weekends and public holidays)
- Well-groomed with a professional appearance
- Open Gender & Open Race (Malaysian ONLY)
- Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage (Support Mandarin-speaking customers)

**Remuneration package**:

- Basic RM 2,200.00 - RM 3,000.00 (Subject to exp)
- Commission Average (RM 1,500.00 - RM 2,500.00/month)
- Product Claim (RM 1,200.00/annum)
- OT Applicable
- 14 days annual leave
- Insurance & Panel covered (AIA)
- 5-6 days work/week
- 6 days’ off/ month
- 8 hours work and 1 hour break/day

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,700.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
