**The role: Planner, Supply Chain**

This role will manage the end to end planning, drive timely availability of stock for the assigned brands and improve its financial and non-financial operational metrics. The scope of work includes but is not limited to data analysis, reporting, inventory and purchase planning, fulfillment & logistics planning. This role will report to the Senior Brand Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- **Brand Inventory Management**:Oversee the inventory planning and management for the assigned brands, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet target fill rate.
- **Maintain SKU & Cost Master**: Manage the SKU and cost master for the brands' products to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- **Demand Forecasting**: Collaborate with Brand Managers and other stakeholders to understand sales strategies, seasonality, and sales forecasts to develop accurate demand plans and make purchasing decisions to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- **Inventory Planning**: Own the inventory planning model on Netstock system across multiple marketplaces & warehouses such as Amazon, Walmart, Target, DTC, and other B2B channels.
- **Cross-Functional Liaison**:Coordinate & collaborate with sourcing, purchasing, logistics & fulfillment team to ensure timely delivery of stocks at optimal cost and lead time.
- **Performance Tracking**:Track key metrics such as forecast accuracy, fill rate, inventory turnover, and Amazon metrics such as IPI scores, inventory levels, and capacity limits to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimization.
- **Risk Management**:Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to minimize stock-outs and disruptions in supply.
- **Process Improvement**:Drive improvements on metrics like lead time, out-of-stock occurrences, product landed costs and others.
- **Communications & Reporting**:Provide periodic updates & reports to Brand Managers and Management during WBR, MBR or QBR on inventory status, supply chain performance, and any issues or concerns.

**Role Requirements**
- 3 years experience in supply chain management, operations or demand planning.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Familiar with Netstock system, or other ERP system. Knowledge of Netsuite is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Experience with FBA is a plus.
- Expert in spreadsheets including pivot tables.
