**QUALITY ASSURANCE EXECUTIVE**

Reports directly to the Deputy QA Manager for daily activities in the Good Manufacturing Production (GMP) Veterinary Plant of Rhone Ma Malaysia Sdn Bhd (PJ) on issues on GMP production, Quality Control/Assurance in line with GMP PICs pharmaceutical guidelines issued by the authority. The incumbent also responsible for daily activities in Fat Powder plant at Kapar on quality issue in line with GMP+ and FAMI-QS.

1.1 Documentation of the GMP Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), work instructions, and related records for the production and quality aspects to meet veterinary pharmaceutical GMP requirements. Eg: Document Control, Specification, Checklist, etc.

1.2 With the Deputy Manager, control daily supervision of the GMP personnel to meet planned activities in the GMP facility.
- QA/QC planning scheduling and implementation activities
- Product Release inspection. Assist in product release - Certificate Of Analysis / release for sales form
- Handling deviation, out of specification, rejects, reworks of products
- Validation/revalidation plan, process and reporting
- Data analysis for reporting - Finished Product, Raw Material, Validation & Revalidation, Equipment / Environment result, Stability Data
- Reporting of yearly product quality review
- Product stability study program/planning
- BMR/BPR checking before release to PR for use and after QC check upon releasing the product
- Collect and compile data to close the Internal Audit, Change Control, Deviation report, customer complaint and investigation report
- Assist in Quality Risk Assessment
- Undertake all activities listed in the procedure, work instructions as stated in Management System

1.3 Perform work conscientiously and operate the manufacturing facility as independent as possible

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Science, Food Science, Nutrition/ Husbandry or relevant qualifications
- 2 - 3 years of working experience in the related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)
- Possess own transport & willing to travel
- Based in Nilai.
