Driver Excavator

Responsibilities: - According to production schedule plan the job. - Ensure that standard process operating, quality and procedures. - Work out and implement standard operating procedures for production operation. - Monitor quality standard of product. - Ensure Excavator equipment in good condition. - Maintain housekeeping in 5S standards to ensure clean and safe workplace. - Able to work on rest day or public holiday if required by superior. - Any other tasks assign by the superior time to time. - All logs must storage on specification zone area and control quality of log. - Plan and handling excavator's routine check and excavator's problem. - Monitoring and remind supervisor about excavator schedule servicing with purchasing and contractor - Maintaining log yard terrain in good condition - Need to helping facility during maintenance day - Need to record all lorry and log received. Tanggungjawab: - Mengikut jadual pengeluaran merancang kerja. - Memastikan proses standard operasi, kualiti dan prosedur. - Mengerjakan dan melaksanakan prosedur operasi standard untuk operasi pengeluaran. - Pantau standard kualiti produk. - Memastikan peralatan Excavator dalam keadaan baik. - Mengekalkan pengemasan dalam piawaian 5S untuk memastikan tempat kerja bersih dan selamat. - Boleh bekerja pada hari rehat atau cuti umum jika dikehendaki oleh pihak atasan. - Sebarang tugas lain yang diberikan oleh pihak atasan dari semasa ke semasa. - Semua log mesti disimpan pada kawasan zon spesifikasi dan mengawal kualiti log. - Rancang dan kendalikan pemeriksaan rutin jengkaut dan masalah jengkaut. - Memantau dan mengingatkan penyelia tentang jadual servis jengkaut dengan pembelian dan kontraktor - Mengekalkan rupa bumi halaman balak dalam keadaan baik - Perlu membantu kemudahan semasa hari penyelenggaraan - Perlu merekod semua lori dan balak yang diterima.
