**Position: Call Center Executive**
As a Call Center Executive, you will serve as the first point of contact for our valued banking customers.
- **Responsibilities**_
- Stay updated on our banking products and services to effectively recommend solutions that align with customers' financial goals.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and efficiently, ensuring satisfaction and fostering loyalty.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions while upholding confidentiality and data security.
- Comply with banking regulations and policies to safeguard the integrity and security of customer accounts and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve customer service objectives and deliver seamless support.
- **Requirements**_
- Fresh graduates with a Degree or Diploma are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in English and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Willingness to accept a **6-month contract**, with potential for extension or **permanent placement based on performance.**:
- Flexible to work **rotational shifts** between 8 AM and 11 PM, with a 9-hour shift schedule.
- **Immediate joiners** are highly preferred.
- **Able** to attend f2f interview by this week.
