**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Staff Management & Scheduling**
- Prepare **daily duty rosters** based on operational needs to ensure sufficient manpower at all times.
- Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate peak hours, staff leave, and unexpected absences.
- Ensure staff adhere to their assigned duties and maintain productivity throughout their shifts.
**2. Training & Performance Monitoring**
- Continuously **train and guide staff** on store policies, customer service, and product knowledge.
- Monitor employees' performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
**3. Inventory & Stock Quality Control**
- Oversee stock management, including ordering, receiving, and proper storage of products.
- Conduct regular **stock quality checks** to ensure items meet the store’s standards and are free from defects or damages.
- Implement procedures to minimize stock loss and wastage.
**4. Customer Service & Sales Enhancement**
- Ensure all staff provide a **positive shopping experience** for customers.
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Support promotional activities and sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
**5. Store Operations & Compliance**
- Supervise daily operations to ensure the store runs efficiently and meets sales targets.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company and health regulations.
**Job Requirements**:
- **Diploma in Business, Retail Management, or related field** (or equivalent work experience).
- At least **2 years of experience in retail or supermarket operations**, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong organizational skills to manage **staff scheduling and training**.
- Proficient in **inventory control and stock quality assurance**.
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced environment** and handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent **problem-solving and communication skills**.
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
