**1. Clinical Care & Supervision**
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring adherence to clinical standards and safety protocols.
- Supervise and guide staff nurses, caregivers, and healthcare assistants in daily care routines.
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and manage medical emergencies promptly.
- Oversee infection control practices and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
**2. Care Planning & Assessment**
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments for new and existing residents.
- Develop and review individualized care plans in collaboration with doctors, therapists, and family members.
- Monitor residents’ progress and adjust care plans as required.
**3. Leadership & Team Management**
- Lead the nursing team by providing mentorship, training, and performance feedback.
- Assist in staff scheduling, workload distribution, and delegation of tasks.
- Act as a role model in demonstrating professional conduct, empathy, and patient-centered care.
**4. Documentation & Reporting**
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and nursing notes.
- Prepare incident reports, care updates, and other relevant documentation for management and healthcare professionals.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and Ministry of Health (MOH) standards.
**5. Resident & Family Engagement**
- Communicate effectively with residents and their families regarding health updates, care plans, and concerns.
- Provide emotional support and health education to residents and their families.
**6. Quality & Safety Compliance**
- Ensure adherence to clinical governance, patient safety, and risk management practices.
- Participate in audits, inspections, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Uphold Mintygreen Healthcare’s standards of service excellence in senior living care.
**7. Continuous Improvement**
- Stay updated with best practices in geriatric care, nursing standards, and healthcare regulations.
- Participate in training, workshops, and professional development programs.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Must be a Registered Nurse with the Malaysian Nursing Board and hold a valid **Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).**
**Experience**
- Minimum **3-5 years** of nursing experience.
- At least **2 years** in a supervisory or senior nursing role, preferably in geriatric care, senior living, or healthcare facility.
**Skills & Competencies**:
- Strong nursing and clinical assessment skills.
- Leadership experience in supervising nursing staff.
- Effective communicator with residents, families, and team members.
- Knowledge of MOH standards, infection control, and safety practices.
- Able to manage medical emergencies calmly and professionally.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
