**Responsibilities**:
- To handling customer inquires & provide solutions to all customer related problems. 负责客户在线咨询答疑,针对客户咨询需求,提供有效方案
- Providing high quality of customer service via Live Chat support. 通过Live Chat提供高质量的客服服务
- To be constantly guided by company's service standards.Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies 遵循公司的服务标准,沟通流程和政策
- Handle complaint, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution 在规定时间内提供适当的解决方案
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents 处理顾客账户并归档文件
**Job Requirements**:

- **Able to read & write in Mandarin and English 能够阅读&书写中文和英文**:
- Previous working experience in customer service or related fields is an added advantage but not essential. 以往有客服工作经验者为佳
- Knowledge in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word etc). 懂得基本电脑操作 (Microsoft Excel/Word等)
- Ability to multi-task, priorities and manage time effectively 能够同时处理多项任务,有效的时间管理
- Able to work in **24 Hours Rotational Shift** (Rotational Off day. 6/5.5/5 days work per week, 8 hours per day) **轮班工作**(6/5.5/5 天制,每日工作8小时,**早晚班可自选**)
