- Handle parcel delivery and collection within the assigned area, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Ensure all parcels are delivered in good condition—undamaged and on time.
- Coordinate with branch staff to schedule pick-ups and deliveries.
- Complete all delivery and receiving processes using the online system.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by supervisors.

**Requirements**:

- Malaysian citizen with SPM qualification or higher.
- Possess a valid GDL license (for vehicles 3 tons and above).
- Company-provided transportation available.
- Prior experience in logistics or parcel delivery is an added advantage.
- Able to work night shifts: 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM (3 days on, 1 day off).
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
