**Job Summary**:
As an experienced Customer Support Representative, you will provide our customers with product information and resolve any emerging issues that occur with accuracy and efficiency.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify customer needs and assist them in using specific features and functionalities in the social media platform
- Follow-up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
- Become and remain knowledgeable about social media products and community standards
**Skills**:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good command of the English and Mandarin language, verbal and written.
- Excellent documentation practices and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
- Experience in handling difficult customer queries and customer complaints.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a pressured and fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive attitude, reliable and hard working.

- Having great Japanese Language Proficiency (JLPT N2 and above)
