Car Park Attendant

**Requirements**:

- Male or female, aged 21 years and above
- Well-groomed with the ability to represent the company’s image professionally
- Proficient in both English and Malay
- No prior criminal convictions or history of drug abuse
- Possess a valid car driving license
- Honest and reliable
- Malaysian citizen only

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Vehicle Handling & Parking**:

- Greet customers in a courteous and professional manner upon arrival.
- Safely drive and park customer vehicles in designated areas, ensuring optimal space utilization in the parking facility.
- Maintain awareness of parking traffic flow to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Retrieve vehicles promptly when requested, ensuring quick and safe delivery to the customer.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving customers' vehicles

**Customer Service**:

- Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a friendly and professional attitude at all times.
- Assist guests with luggage or any other needs as required.
- Handle guest queries and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Ensure customers are informed about parking procedures, payment methods, and any additional services offered.

**Safety & Security**:

- Conduct a pre-vehicle handover inspection, noting any existing damage or issues with vehicles to avoid liability.
- Ensure that customer vehicles are parked securely and safely, avoiding potential damage or theft.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies regarding the parking and handling of vehicles.
- Report any safety hazards, accidents, or incidents immediately to management.

**Operational Efficiency**:

- Monitor parking lot occupancy and assist in maximizing space utilization.
- Assist with the smooth operation of the parking system by ensuring vehicles are parked in the right locations based on demand and availability.
- Be aware of peak traffic times and adjust service accordingly to avoid delays or inefficiency.

**Record Keeping & Documentation**:

- Accurately record vehicle details (make, model, color, license plate number) and issue claim tickets to customers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of keys and customer requests.
- Assist in managing the valet ticketing system, ensuring accurate processing of transactions when applicable.

**Vehicle Maintenance**:

- Ensure that vehicles are not left with the ignition on, doors unlocked, or windows down while parked.
- Keep personal and company vehicles clean and well-maintained.
- Report any vehicle damage, maintenance issues, or vehicle malfunctions promptly.

**Skills**:

- Good communication skills in English and Malay.
- Basic knowledge of traffic regulations.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and helpful attitude.

**Working Hours**:

- 6 days a week, 8 hours per day
- Must be willing to work overtime and on public holidays as required

**Remuneration**:

- Basic Salary: RM2,500
- Trip allowance based on the number of vehicles driven

**Supplemental Pay**:

- Performance, attendance, and punctuality allowance: RM300 per month
- Overtime pay
