Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement customized lesson plans tailored to students' needs and skill levels.
- Conduct engaging and interactive tutoring sessions focused on improving English language proficiency in areas such as reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
- Assess students' strengths and weaknesses to identify areas for improvement and track progress over time.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to enhance their learning experience and foster academic growth.
- Utilize a variety of teaching materials and resources to keep lessons dynamic and effective.
- Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions, student progress, and attendance.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to address any concerns and ensure a positive learning environment.
- Stay updated on best practices in English language teaching and incorporate innovative teaching methods as appropriate.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field preferred.
- Previous tutoring or teaching experience, particularly in English language instruction, is advantageous.
- Excellent command of the English language, including grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Patience, flexibility, and a passion for helping others succeed academically.
- Reliable access to a computer or device with internet connectivity for virtual tutoring sessions, if applicable.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on students' scheduling needs.
