**Responsibilities**

**1. Bookkeeping**:

- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions using accounting software.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and reconciliation.
- Prepare and distribute invoices to clients and vendors.
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Monitor and manage petty cash transactions.

**2. Administrative Support**
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for team members.
- Assist in preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.

**3. Project Assistance**
- Collaborate with project managers to track expenses and budgets for construction projects.
- Assist in preparing project-related documentation and reports.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors regarding invoices and payments.

**4. General Support**
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
- Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
- Uphold confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.

**Requirements**:

- BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant diploma or degree.
- Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or administrative roles preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced or Intermediary MS Excel skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills

**Salary**: From RM1,800.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting or any related degree: 1 year (preferred)
