REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate.
- Interested in planting cultivation practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Willing to travel intensively.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Drive sales growth in the designated area by developing and executing effective strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including growers and estate owners.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential customers.
- Execute promotional campaigns to achieve organizational objectives.
- Utilize knowledge of cultivation practices to provide solutions to customers.
- Conduct farmer talks to create brand awareness.
- Conduct field visits to understand customer needs and build relationships.
- Relocation may be required based on company needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
