**Eligibility Criteria**
- MBBS/MD degree **recognized by SMC** (Singapore Medical Council)
- **Minimum 3 years post-Medical Officer (MO)** clinical experience
- Preferably educated in Malaysia

**Compensation & Benefits**
- **Housing Allowance**: SGD 1,500/month
- **Other Benefits**:

- Annual Wage Supplement (AWS)

**Relocation Package**
- **Airfare**: Inbound economy class for employee, spouse, and up to 3 children (below 18)
- **Hotel Accommodation**: Up to SGD 230/night for 13 nights
- **Settling-in Allowance**:

- SGD 1,000 (individual)
- SGD 2,000 (with dependents)
- **Shipment of Personal Effects**: Up to SGD 2,200

**Specialty Placement**
- Doctors with emergency medicine experience may be placed directly in **Emergency Medicine**

**Career Progression**

Depending on qualifications and experience, the following roles may be offered or available in the future:
**1. Consultant**
- MBBS/MD (SMC recognized) + Specialist Qualification (SMC recognized)
- Minimum 5-7 years specialist experience
- May enter as Associate Consultant or RP

**2. Registrar**
- MBBS/MD (SMC recognized) + Currently pursuing Specialist Qualification (SMC recognized)
- 3-5 years post-Housemanship clinical experience
- Mid-level doctor, often in formal residency

**3. Staff Physician**
- MBBS/MD (SMC recognized) + Currently pursuing Specialist Qualification (SMC recognized)
- Minimum 5 years post-MO experience, consistently practicing in one specialty
- Not on training pathway; supports specialty services under supervision

**4. Resident Physician (RP)**
- MBBS/MD (SMC recognized)
- At least 3 years post-MO
- Entry-level mid-grade doctor
- May progress to Registrar based on performance

**Note**:
