- **Able to produce presentation slides for design proposal.**:

- **Proficient in assisting client on architectural and interior design scope.**:

- **Able to produce fast sketches, giving ideas and solving clients problems.**:

- **Able to develop concept sketches into working drawings.**:

- **Able to perform good and thorough design thoughts**:

- Basic understanding in architecture / interior design / house design / construction / any related field
- Able to conduct meeting sales goal and sales planning
- Energetic & Strong motivation for sale.
- Creative, can be yourself and able to be independent.
- Willing to travel for meeting with clients.
- Able to assist project architect / designer in project management.
- Assist project architect to attend meeting, to work closely with clients, internal project teams, project consultants and submission to related government authorities.
- Able to conduct Ad-hoc tasks when given by superior.

**Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements**:

- minimum competent certificate (Sijil ) / Diploma / Degree in Architectural Design / Interior Design / any related courses related to this field.
- At least 1 year of experience.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strategic leadership ability (pluspoint)

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
