JOB DESCRIPTIONS

1. Product & Brand Knowledge
- Learn and understand Beriani & Salai's 5 business segments:
1. Dine-in Restaurant
2. Online Delivery (GrabFood, Foodpanda, WhatsApp Order)
3. Catering Services
4. Outlet at Masjid Wilayah

2. Marketing & Content Creation
- Assist in content creation for Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok & Google My Business.
- Support in social media planning, copywriting, photo / video shoots, and posting.
- Use tools like Canva, and Meta Suite to produce visuals and reels.

3. Customer Service & CRM Management
- Handle customer interactions via WhatsApp Business.
- Track and manage loyalty program using SimpleLoyalty (Mulah CRM).
- Assist in gathering and responding to customer reviews.

4. Sales Promotion & Campaigns
- Participate in ideation, planning, and execution of promotional campaigns.
- Assist in launching seasonal offers (e.g. Merdeka, School Holiday Deals).
- Support sales conversion tracking and customer engagement initiatives.

5. Administrative & Reporting
- Prepare weekly performance reports (social media, CRM, sales data)
- Attend internal meetings and present updates.

**JOB SPECIFICATIONS**

Basic Qualification : SPM / Diploma / Degree or any equivalent qualification in Marketing, Digital Communications or a related field.

Experience:
- Requirements:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, or a related field.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate creative content ideas.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented.
- Having basic video and photo editing skills is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Owns personal transportation and is willing to travel when required.
- Owns a laptop for daily work-related tasks.

Notwithstanding the above, you shall also be required to carry out any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM600.00 - RM700.00 per month
