A rare opportunity exists at Ezypay for a Junior Finance Executive.

Working within this very busy finance team, the right individual will possess strong analytical skills, fantastic communication skills, great attention to detail and a passion to develop with the team.

**We currently have three exciting junior finance executive positions available.**

As a Junior Finance Executive at Ezypay, you will:

**Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to**

**Bank**
- Update all bank transactions in the masterfile
- Enter transactions in the accounting system
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Reporting and analysis

**Accounts Payable**
- Check and verify supplier invoices and enter them into the accounting system.
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain/provide relevant information and/or statement of account.
- Create bank payments to suppliers/3rd parties and update the accounting system
- Reporting and analysis

**Accounts Receivable**
- Check and verify sales invoices and enter them into the accounting system.
- Enter and create receipts in the accounting system.
- Issue manual invoices liaise with external accountants/3rd parties
- Reporting and analysis
