**JOB SUMMARY**
- Responsible to perform several tasks to maintain the floor flow.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Prepare, provide good customer service (welcome, greeting, smile, communication).
- Recommend dishes to customer and take order, as well as alert with the seasonal promotional package.
- Deliver foods and drinks to customer in short time.
- Observe customer needs and provide assistance to customer in time to meet their satisfaction.
- Handle customers’ queries and complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Handling incoming call for tables reservation or booking.
- Delivering invoices and collecting payments as a cashier.
- Ensure safety, cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained all times.
- Ensure all tables and chairs are clean, sanitized, and organized.
- Support day-to-day operations within the outlet.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned by superior.

**JOB COMPETENCIES**
- No experience is required, training will be provided.
- Willing to learn and able to work in a team.
- Able to work by shift assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**
- SPM leaver is encouraged to apply.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Service Crew: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English, Bahasa Malaysia (preferred)
