**Responsibilities**:

- Actively engage with customers and sell products and services to walk-in clients.
- Handle payments, assist with service inquiries, and resolve customer complaints.
- Ensure accurate monetary transactions and manage company inventory (e.g., phones, SIM cards, accessories, etc.).
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum education level: SPM (Secondary School Certificate).
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Must be available to work in retail hours, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but not required.

Pay: Up to RM2,500.00 per month
