We’re looking for a **Guest Experience Associate** to join our hospitality team. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, this role offers an exciting opportunity to ensure our guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience from pre-booking to post-stay.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for check-in, cleaning, maintenance, and check-out issues, taking ownership of guest concerns.
- Perform basic troubleshooting for common technical issues, such as Wi-Fi resets, boiler repressuring and other essential amenities available in a property.
- Maintain a high level of quality and professionalism in all guest interactions.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by proactively addressing concerns and providing solutions.
- Stay up to date with GuestReady's processes, tools, and system updates.
- Keep detailed records of guest interactions in our internal system.
- Proactively find creative solutions to guest requests, ensuring an exceptional experience.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Excellent written and spoken **English** (Additional languages like **French**or** Portuguese** are a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with technology and troubleshooting common issues.
- Previous experience in **customer service, hospitality or a related field**.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and attention to detail.
