In the GPS tracking and telematics world, every installation, service, and maintenance job matters. As a **Scheduler Associate**, you’ll be the key person who ensures the right technician, the right time slot, and the right equipment all fall perfectly into place. You’ll become the bridge between customers, technicians, sales, and inventory, making sure jobs are arranged efficiently and delivered smoothly.

If you love coordinating with people, managing schedules, solving problems before they happen, and keeping things calm even when the day gets busy, this role is for you.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Coordinate and arrange service, maintenance, and installation job schedules for customers.
- Liaise closely with customers to confirm appointments, availability, and job details.
- Communicate with technicians to assign jobs, update schedules, and ensure they have all
required details.
- Handle stock allocation for each job, work with the inventory team to ensure devices,
accessories, and tools are prepared before deployment.
- Liaise with the sales team to confirm customer package details, device types, and required job scope.
- Maintain an up-to-date job calendar and ensure scheduling conflicts are resolved quickly.
- Monitor job progress and follow up with technicians for updates, delays, and completion status.
- Ensure all job arrangements are recorded accurately in the system.
- Assist in urgent or last-minute schedule rearrangements while keeping communication clear and professional.
- Handle scheduling-related enquiries with a friendly, helpful, and solution-driven attitude.

**What You’ll Need to Shine**:

- Diploma, degree, or equivalent, fresh grads are welcome.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when arranging job slots &
checking device requirements.
- Calm under pressure, able to prioritize when schedules get tight.
- Excellent communication skills (spoken & written) in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is a bonus
- Comfortable working with scheduling systems, spreadsheets, and multi-tasking tools.
- A team player who works well with technicians, customers, and internal departments.
- Able to work independently and make quick decisions when required.
- Willing to work rotating shifts — including weekends & public holidays (depending on
department structure).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
