Maintenance Technician

**Basic Function**:
To ensure 100% customer satisfaction through engineering services, maintaining and improving everything in working order.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Guestroom**: maintain and repair every equipment, appliance, sanitary wear which includes plunging toilets, unclogging drains, repairing all types of hardware, plumbing, electrical equipment and furniture and fixtures as assigned by the supervisor.

**Public area**: maintain and repair every equipment, appliance, sanitary wear which includes plunging toilets, unclogging drains, repairing all types of hardware, plumbing, electrical equipment and furniture and fixtures as assigned by the supervisor.

**Fire alarm/ life safety system**: to monitor and perform test system as necessary, to learn, understand, and know how to operate safety and emergency system and related, including fire sprinkler and emergency power system.

**Tools**: to clean, lubricate, protect and maintain all tools which are assigned to individuals including others. To be responsible for returning of tools to the Engineering Shop in their good conditions.

**Emergencies**: to update themselves of how to act and must act as quickly and effectively in case of accident and emergency to protect our guest and employees.
To do their best ability to preserve the building and systems during the emergency. To as quickly and responsibly as possible turn the building to its normal operating stage under supervision of Engineering Management. To immediately inform company management of any such emergencies.
Accident prevention and safety; to understand and can act upon all safety and accidental codes and measures to at their best prevent accident and incidents. However, in case of accident, must know and effective take proper action to minimize damages and lifethreatening situation.

**Departmental duty**: to keep clean the engineering areas, as assigned by supervisor in order to work in a neat and efficient manner.

**General**: to complete all assigned works in a safe and professional manner. Maintain communications with supervisors to ensure that all needed materials, tools and supplies are available.

**Job Order**: to complete Job order and any reasonable request made of management which is not life threatening or against the law.

To perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

**Job Profile & Qualifications**:
At least Vocation diploma in Engineering with preference of Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
New graduate or at least 1 year experience in engineering
Good interpersonal skill
Good English communication skill
