**Job Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Knowledge of international markets, industry trends, and competitive dynamics.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide a sales team.
- Willingness to travel internationally; a valid international passport is required
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets in overseas markets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share globally.
- Manage the sales pipeline and forecast future trends to ensure steady growth.
- Analyze international sales data and prepare reports for senior management to drive strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute global promotional activities and campaigns.
- Build strong relationships with key international clients and partners to enhance market presence.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
Pay: RM2,525.40 - RM5,000.00 per month
