**HURAIAN TUGAS**

**Jawatan: Quality Inspector**

**Bahagian: Quality Assurance**

**Penyelia: QC Supervisor**

**1.** **Objektif**

Memastikan kualiti produk adalah 100% untuk memenuhi kehendak pelanggan.

**2.** **Tanggungjawab**:
a) Membuat rondaan dan memeriksa produk di semua mesin semasa dalam proses.

b) Memahami Order Form di setiap mesin dan memeriksa sample mengikut criteria berikut:
i) Ketebalan dan kekuatan plastic

ii) Cetakkan atau gambar untuk plastic bercetak adalah betul dan mematuhi permintaan.

iii) Kemudahan plastic dibuka

iv) Terdapat pigment atau serpihan warna semasa menukar order ‘plain’

v) Bintikan kotoran atau terdapat gel resin yang tidak cair

vi) Bebas serangga

vii) Pastikan material yang diguna mengikut apa yang tercatit pada “Order Form”

c) Reject barangan tidak memenuhi tahap yang telah ditetapkan.

d) Lekatkan reject label dan pastikan “NCR” dikeluarkan untuk bahagian terbabit. Pastikan mereka menjawab serta memulangkan borang tersebut.

e) Melaporkan kepada Penyelia untuk tindakan selanjutnya untuk membuat keputusan samada akan dibuat gantian atau tidak.

f) Tugas sampingan:
i) Memeriksa barangan siap dari pembekal luar dan memeriksa kotak

ii) Lekat label IQC untuk material, ink, solvent dan masterbatch.

g) Melaksanakan apa-apa tugas yang di berikan oleh Penyelia.

h) Hal-hal berkaitan dengan keselamatan, kesihatan dan persekitaran tempat kerja.

**3.** **Kemahiran dan sikap yang diperlukan**:
a) Fokus dan teliti

b) Sikap bertanggungjawab

**4.** **Sukatan pelaksanaan kerja**:
a) Bilangan masalah berkaitan dengan kualiti produk

b) Boleh mengikut langkah kawalan kualiti dan menyimpan rekod yang baik.

c) Disiplin (seperti rekod kedatangan, ketepatan masa, kerajinan)

d) Kebersihan diri dan kawasan kerja

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 9 months

Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
