**Your role**

Your role assignment will be based on business needs and your personal strengths.
- Assist with copywriting across online communication channels including website and social media.
- Manage all forms of social media and digital media networks and channels to drive the business on-line.
- Plans social marketing calendars and schedules/ uploads approved content on social media platforms.
- Assist with content creation and social media strategy.
- Social Media channels monitoring, social data update.
- Conceptualism and produce engaging and viral social content to make it trending.
- Conceptualize and produce retail shop marketing and promotions.
- Track, monitor and understand content performance through insights and analytics.
- Track, analyze and present content performance, with actionable insights for improvements.
- Identifying, exploring and managing opportunities and partnerships.
- Assist with in-store publicity materials.
- Briefing artworks, if applicable (banners to support new launch and collab for WHS).
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop is Illustrator is a bonus.
- Monitors and prepares reports on performance of social media platforms post-mortem to achieve effective marketing goals (KPIs) and ROI that increase awareness, engagement and sales where applicable.
- Liaise with delivery platform such as Food Panda, Grab Food, Shopee Food and etc.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
