**Responsibilities**
- Market and promote new and existing property projects through social media, digital platforms, and face-to-face engagements.
- Attend sales galleries, property events, and client appointments.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers, investors, and developers.
- Understand project details (pricing, layout, facilities, etc.) and present them professionally to clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets with guidance and support from your team leader.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for listings and promotions.

**Requirements**:
Malaysian citizen, aged 18 and above.
**Minimum qualification: SPM.**
Motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
Good communication and presentation skills (English and/or Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus).
Own transport and smartphone.
Able to work independently and in a team.
No prior experience required — full training provided.
Fresh graduates and career changers are welcome to apply.
