Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry:Accurately input data from various sources into the designated databases or software systems.
Verify and validate data accuracy and completeness.
Perform data cleansing and data quality checks to ensure high data integrity.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Documentation and Reporting:Prepare and maintain detailed records, reports, and documentation related to data entry tasks.
Generate periodic reports or summaries as required.
Identify and report data discrepancies or inconsistencies to the appropriate parties.

Follow-up:Monitor pending tasks, requests, or inquiries and ensure timely follow-up actions.
Communicate with internal teams or external stakeholders to obtain missing information or clarification.
Update relevant parties on the progress and status of pending items.

**Salary**: RM1,300.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
