Packing Supervisor

1.1 Supervisor is responsible day to day operation of the Packing Section. 1.2 Must be able check samples of gloves problem, identify its sources, to monitor and examine the area where the problem occurred, and take proper and effective action. 1.3 To ensure all movements are carry out smoothly as per documented procedure. 1.4 To maintain and monitor all operators discipline and attendance. 1.5 To inform Executive in charge if any misconduct perform by the operators. 1.6 To ensure all operators are following the work flow for each section. 1.7 Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in packaging of gloves and materials for storage or shipment. 1.8 Planning of Finished Goods delivery and ensure proper labelling and storage of Finished Goods. 1.9 Maintain the orderliness & cleanliness of work place as per set standards. 1.10 Ensure all work instructions & work flow are executed efficiently. 1.11 Any other duties may be assigned from time to time.
