Job Responsibilities:
*Greeting customer
*Cashiering, Product Packing, Cake Order Service and Product Refill.
*Possess good product knowledge.
*Enforcing company SOPs diligently.
*Oversee the daily operation, ensures the quality, standards, and meet the expectations of the customers.
*Ensures compliance to food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards according to statutory guideline.
*Measure customer satisfaction, handle customer feedback or complaints, and services recovery.
*Maintain cleanliness of the outlet at all times.
*Conducting weekly reports and handling other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superiors.

Location:MALIM JAYA HQ

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month

**Benefits**:
