We’re looking for energetic and persuasive individuals to join our team as **Part-Time Telesales (Customer Retention)**, working **on-site in Glenmarie**. In this role, you’ll be calling existing TIME Internet customers to encourage them to continue enjoying our services.

**What you’ll do**:

- Call customers who are considering cancellation and persuade them to keep their TIME service.
- Listen to customer concerns and offer solutions or better packages.
- Share information on promotions, benefits, and loyalty rewards.
- Ensure every customer feels valued and supported.

**What we’re looking for**:

- SPM or Diploma holder (students are welcome).
- No experience required
- Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone.
- Friendly, persuasive, and customer-focused

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1,200.00 - RM1,700.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 per week
