**IT SAP FI/CO Senior Analyst**

**Position Overview**

We are looking for a SAP FICO Senior Analyst within PPG.
- The position will be working as part of the Global SAP Centre of Excellence.
- Within a matrix organization you will report to SAP CoE Operations Manager, APAC while providing global functional support to Finance & Controlling.
- This position has a dual purpose of leading small projects and long term support which will includes hands on resolution of incidents, system enhancement requests, and project support.
- You will liaise remotely with a number of your colleagues across the globe.
- Your scope will be global for our Architectural Coatings, Protective and Marine Coatings, Industrial Coatings and other business units according to our S/4 roadmap.
- Coaches and develops business analyst to drive high performing team that is efficient and effective

**Performance Achievements**
- From the moment you start you will be proactive in obtaining good working relationships with the other SAP colleagues/consultants focusing on Finance across the globe.
- You will be required to immediately provide support and contribute to projects to ensure a stable and effective model around these SAP modules after a brief acclimation period.
- You will be expected to be familiar with the specific solutions implemented by PPG within 6 month timeframe.

**Key Competence Requirements**

You’ll need to have:

- A degree in Information Management, Computer Science or other business-related field is required.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written English) and interpersonal skills
- Min 6 years’ experience with strong process knowledge of SAP finance & controlling, understanding of AA, AR, AP, GL, FSCM (Dispute Management, Credit Management and Collection Management), CO and CO-PC processes, as well as general SAP ECC knowledge.
- Related working experience in SAP support environment and/or SAP project implementation in the areas of Finance.
- An outstanding self-starter with a commitment to delivering high quality work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
- Broad analytical and technical skills to isolate problems, assess their criticality, identify solutions, and implement complete solutions.
- Ability to collaborate, work independently and work efficiently in a “remote working” organization without close supervision
- Highly curious with strong desire to discover new learnings and flexible in a problem-solving environment
- Your knowledge of SAP must include:

- Good functional end-to-end SD / MM /PP process integration with SAP FICO processes.
- Extensive experience in the process design, configuration, support and trouble-shooting of SAP FICO modules
- Preferred requirements with knowledge or experience with the following:

- SAP S/4 HANA and/or connections to SAP cloud solutions (e.g. Concur).
- Related working experience in SAP support environment and/or SAP project implementation in the areas of Finance.
- Experience using SAP Solution Manager toolset for managing changes, transports and incidents is a plus.
- Experience working in an international/virtual/geographically distributed team
