Product Advisor

**Position: Product Advisor (Electrical Appliances)**

**Requirements**:

- Experience in sales, customer service, or product consultation (preferably electrical / home appliances).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to explain product features in a simple and clear manner.
- Proactive, customer-focused, and target-driven.
- Confident in product demonstrations and engaging with walk-in customers.

**Key Responsibilities (Summary)**

**Customer Engagement & Advisory**
Provide professional product advice to customers on electrical appliances, including features, usage, and benefits.

**Sales Support & Achievement**
Promote and upsell electrical products to achieve monthly sales targets set by the retail outlet or management.

**Product Display & Merchandising**
Ensure product displays, POSM, and models are clean, updated, and aligned with brand standards.

**Product Knowledge Sharing**
Stay updated on product updates and educate customers and retail staff on product functions and advantages.

**Customer Feedback & Market Trends**
Gather customer feedback, monitor competitor products, and report key insights to the management team.
