**JOB SUMMARY**

Maintenance Technician is responsible to ensure the inspection equipment and building facilities are operational and available.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

Lead and carry out the planned preventive maintenance to all inspection equipment.

Lead and carry out the condition based maintenance for building services.

Supervise any service/corrective work and new installation done by local contractor/supplier.

Lead and carry out repairing, troubleshooting and modification of inspection equipment upon approval from HQ (Maintenance & Repair Section).

Attend any complaint which related to building services and prepare report to Branch Manager for RN issuance. Ensure the inspection equipment is operational and available above 95% at all time. Perform daily pre-inspection and preparation work at branch.

Ensure compliance to working Instructions, SOP, SHE and monitoring on integrity issue at operations floor.

Any other duties as assigned by superior.

Ensure achievement of daily KPIs (equipment) at operations floor.

Ensure equipment calibrated as per schedule

**PERSON SPECIFICATION/QUALIFICATION**

Minimum Education : Diploma In Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent

Related Experience : 2-3 years of Maintenance Technician experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
