As an Architectural Clerk-of-Works for a refurbishment of an existing Shopping Complex, you will play a critical role in ensuring that site works are carried out to the highest standards and in accordance with architectural plans and specifications. This role is for someone detail oriented, disciplined and capable of working independently.

Key responsibilities include:
i. Monitor Construction and refurbishment works on site,

ii. Ensure workmanship, materials and processes comply with approved drawings,

iii. Report on site progress, quality and site condition to the Project Architect,

iv. Liaise with the contractor. consultants and building management & owner,

v. Identify and resolve site issues promptly and effectively without changing the design works,

vi. Maintain accurate site records and daily reports.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
