**Responsibilities**:
~ Responsible for purchasing goods and services for the company.
~ Monitor and manage inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers to maintain sufficient stock.
~ Manage relationships with suppliers to meet the company's needs.
~ Analyze purchasing and inventory data to identify trends.
~ Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and procurement laws.
~ Undertake ad-hoc functions, and related duties as required.
**Qualifications**:
- Have a Diploma in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in purchasing or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Familiarity with procurement processes and regulations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in record-keeping and data management.
- Knowledge of inventory management practices.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
