- To ensure proper completion of documentation to place an order and make a purchase
- To ensure proper storage of goods following FIFO method
- To maintain and update accurate source data into HIS system
- To rotate stock and disposing of surplus and expired quantities
- To report damaged inventories for record-keeping and reimbursement
- To ensure organized allocation of inventory placed in the warehouse and store. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment
- To Inspect deliveries for discrepancies or damage
- Any other ad-hoc task assigned by Head of Department
