**Requirements**:

- **Business Studies, Business Administration, Business Management, Financial Mathematics, or equivalent**:

- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and manipulation.
- Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (Google Doc, Sheets, etc.)
- Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
- Basic understanding of databases
- Ability to work independently.
- Able to work from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am until 6:00 pm.
- Minimum internship period of 3 months.

**Responsibilities**:

- You’ll organise and categorise relevant:

- You'll collect and verify all information meticulously prior to inputting data into software programs, specifically utilising _Google App Script and JavaScript._
- You’ll enter data into the database software accurately and promptly while conducting regular checks to ensure the data's precision and correctness within specified time limits.
- You’ll maintain accurate and organised data entry using data program techniques.
- You’ll assists in data analysis and preparing weekly reports for administrative
- You’ll conduct exploratory data analysis and generate insights that can inform business decisions.
- You’ll have to keep the information confidential.
- You’ll provide data entry support across departments on an ad-hoc basis.
- You’ll provide occasional administrative support
