**Responsibilities**:

- **Content Strategy & Ideation**: Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand goals and digital campaigns. Conduct market research to identify trends and audience preferences. Brainstorm creative content ideas and collaborate with the creative team.
- **Content Creation & Production**: Work with designers and videographers to produce high-quality materials. Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and platform best practices. Write engaging captions and ad copy.
- **Social Media & Platform Management**: Manage social media publishing schedules and monitor engagement. Adapt strategies based on performance insights and platform updates.
- **Performance Tracking & Optimization**: Use analytics tools to track content performance and optimize engagement and conversions. Conduct A/B testing and report on KPIs for content adjustments.
- **Collaboration & Campaign Execution**: Collaborate with internal teams and external influencers for integrated campaigns. Support content needs for paid ads and partner collaborations.

**Job Requirements**:

- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Familiar and active in social media such as Tiktok, Facebook and Instagram.
- Ability to think creatively and come up with engaging concepts and contents.
- Strong attention to detail, able to multi-task projects and manage own schedule according to assigned deadlines.
- Highly motivated, result-oriented, self-starter and good team player.
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
