**Qualifications & experience**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience as a supervisor or team leader.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of packing staff, including assigning tasks, scheduling shifts, and monitoring performance
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse or procurement teams to ensure adequate stock for packing operations
- Optimize packing processes to improve efficiency and minimize waste
- Train new employees on packing procedures, equipment operation, and safety guidelines
- Liaise with other departments to coordinate packing schedules and resolve operational issues
- Report to [Manager/Operations Manager/Production Manager] and work closely with packing staff and other department supervisors
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure all products are packed according to specified procedures and quality standards
