**About Us**

**Position Overview**
We are seeking skilled and motivated Assembly Technician (Operator) to assist in the instrumentation and preparation of 3D-printed building models for wind tunnel testing. This role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative environment, with the opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects.

**Qualifications**
- SPM (Technical and Vocational Stream) or equivalent.
- Ability to interpret engineering/architectural drawings.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer skills.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant industry experience.
- Familiarity with the safe use of sharp tools, such as blade knives.
- Applicants must provide proof of either Malaysian citizenship or a valid Malaysia Employment Pass (not Temporary).
- Must reside within Johor Bahru.

**Key Responsibilities**
- 3D Model Handling: Inspect and prepare 3D-printed models, ensuring they are defect-free and ready for assembly.
- Tubing and Sensor Integration: Install pressure tubing at designated locations on models, following provided drawings and specifications.
- Assembly and Construction: Assemble multiple components into complete building models and conduct quality checks to ensure accurate assembly according to design requirements.
- Tool Operation and Maintenance: Safely operate hand tools and power tools for model preparation, maintain workshop cleanliness, and ensure all tools are in good working condition.
- Quality Assurance: Perform visual inspections to confirm models meet quality standards and report any inconsistencies or issues promptly to the supervisor.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Follow all workshop safety protocols and guidelines, using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
