- Merancang dan mengawal aktiviti operasi F&B bertujuan mendapat jualan yang tinggi, hubungan pelanggan yang baik di samping memastikan kebersihan sentiasa terjaga.
- Melaporkan hasil kutipan harian dan bekalan makanan kepada pegawai bertugas pada setiap waktu akhir bekerja.
- Lain-lain tugas yang diarahkan oleh Penyelia dari masa kesemasa.
