Qc Executive

Tri-Wall (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is a specialist in fabricating heavy duty and custom design boxes and packaging. Material used is quality Triple A fluted fiber board and these Triwall boxes are just as durable as those made by plywood or wood.

**Responsibilities**:
Compliance to Standard
- To execute improvement plans to meet the company’s objective and policy - Quality and Safety
- To ensure the ISO standards in the production is established, implemented, maintained and updated
- To ensure compliance to ISO 9001:2015 requirements to meet stringent quality expectation by customers and regulatory bodies
- To manage Non-Conformance Report (NCR) and Corrective Action Request (8D CAR) for non-conformance materials. To follow up with the appropriate corrective action and preventive action.

Audit
- Lead in all internal, external audits (ISO Systems), customer’s, vendor’s audits and other regulatory bodies
- In charge to plan and prepare audit report and to liaise with other department to ensure audit is conduct successfully
- Prepare audit summary and propose appropriate corrective action for all NCR raised. Ensure corrective and preventive measures from each audit are implement

Factory/Production
- Conducting regular quality checks and inspection throughout the manufacturing process to identify and address any quality issues.
- Accountable for any quality and customer complaint and answerable to top management. Require to analyse possible cause and summarize for all complaints.
- Developing and implementing quality control procedures and protocols to meet industry standard and regulatory requirements.
- Analyzing production data and generating reports to track quality metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related problems and implement corrective actions.
- Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality control best practices staying up-to-date with industry regulations and quality standards, and ensuring the company’s compliance.

**Qualification**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a quality assurance and quality control role
- Bachelor degree in a relevant field such as Quality Assurance or Engineering
- Posses experience in industry with ISO 9001:2015

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
