**Job description**
**Job Purpose**
To provide various HR Administrative supports for the smoothing of day-to-day HR operations and business processes.
**Key Responsibility**
- To provide counselling and support on policies and procedures in order to maintain company procedures and standard.
- To perform and assist in the recruitment and selection process for the efficiency & effectiveness of the HR operational process.
- To monitor, update and maintain HR Information System (HRIS) record in ensuring the accuracy of the payroll computation.
- To assist in providing HR advises and guidance on employment matters in accordance with HR policies, rules and procedures, and legal compliances.
- To manage and maintain systematic filing records & good physical environmental for easy access and presentable all the time.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Working in the areas office administration: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
- Malay (preferred)
