Krenovator is a tech talent platform dedicated to empowering developers and connecting them with top companies. We are looking for a dynamic Content Creator/Influencer to join our team and represent our brand through engaging content that resonates with our audience.

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a creative and passionate Content Creator/Influencer to produce and manage content that reflects Krenovator's values and mission. You will be responsible for creating social media posts, videos, blogs, and other content that drives engagement and brand awareness. Your role will be pivotal in growing our online community and positioning Krenovator as a leader in the tech talent space.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop creative, original content (social media posts, videos, blogs, etc.) that aligns with Krenovator's brand and objectives.
- Act as the face of Krenovator in various online communities and social media platforms.
- Engage with followers and respond to comments/messages in a timely, professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and promote new initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into content strategies.
- Analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Attend company events or relevant tech-related events to create real-time content, when necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a content creator or influencer with an active online presence (portfolio or social media profiles required).
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative, with an eye for visual storytelling and a knack for engaging audiences.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about technology, startups, and the developer community.
- Video editing and graphic design skills are a plus.

Pay: RM1,736.66 - RM4,334.77 per month
