Job Scope:
- To handle recruitment, employee appraisal, update staff personal updates and records.
- Assist in preparing staff payroll and wages
- Monitoring workers attendance
- Communicate with government body and other tasks related to office & equipment, insurance, licensing, company vehicles, hotel & flight arrangements, etc.
- To handle any ad-hoc work that is assigned by the Management.
**Requirements**:
- SPM or Certificate with 1 year work experience
- Resourceful, organized and excellent interpersonal skills with good problem solving.
- Knowledge of computer is preferred, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good command of English and Malay language, both verbal and written with the ability to interact with people at all levels.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
