**Responsibilities**:

- Surgery Coordinator
- Customer Care Administrator (CCA)
- OT preparation for surgery
- Patient care/management including education
- Manage patient complaints
- Patient flow management
- Management of surgery timing and scheduling
- Complication management
- OT housekeeping & maintenance
- Compliance and maintenance of sterility and safety standards/requirements
- Control & maintenance of machines, instruments
- OT administration
- Surgery planning & scheduling
- Inventory management - data-entry/monitoring/reporting
- Liaise with suppliers/vendors
- Documentation, recording
- Statistics and Reports

**Qualifications**:

- Fresh Graduate with education background in Nursing Course
- Need to wear contact lens during work, no visible tattoo
- Might need to travel once to twice in a week but cover by company
- No smoking
- Prefer attitude/personality, cheerful, positive, hardworking, proactive
